To try the Kreechat platform, follow these steps:
1. Send a message

2. Access the demo version
In the system this message is enough to be opened a new ticket automatically.
Click the “Try Now” button at Kreechat.com, which will direct you to the demo version at Demo.Kreechat.com. There, you can send and receive messages to see how the platform works for both the Operator and Client sides.
3. Accept the ticket
Click “Accept” in the left column tickets to activate the window for the specific chat.
4. Chat with your client
Start a conversation (in this demo case, with your WhatsApp or Telegram account).
5. Send files
Use the button 
to exchange files with your client.
6. Reassign the ticket
Transfer the ticket to another operator using the button

7. Send predefined responses
Use predefined phrases or responses by clicking the button 
. You can create and edit these phrases in your profile under

8. Create and edit responses
Use the 
to access the menu for creating and editing your Bubbles (predefined responses).
9. Close the ticket
After resolving the client’s issue, you can close the ticket by clicking the button
