A support ticket is opened automatically any time the company is messaged through a supported platform.

ACCEPTING TICKETS

A ticket can be accepted by clicking on the Accept button.

Once a ticket is accepted, the chat window becomes available.

REASSIGNING TICKETS

An accepted ticket can be reassigned to a different agent when necessary.

MESSAGES AND MESSAGING SYSTEM
